Is the Rehuman app free?
Yes - our basic insurance wallet is free to use. Some premium features will be coming later.
Is my data protected?
Yes. We use end-to-end encryption and secure servers to protect your information. We store your insurance information securely using trusted, industry-standard infrastructure - including Google Cloud for secure hosting and Brevo for storing your email-related data safely in a database.
Only you can see your insurance information. We do not share your insurance details with any third parties without your permission.
What happens to my insurance info once you find it?
We pull key details -like insurer name, policy number, cover type, renewal date into your Rehuman wallet so you can see everything in one place.
Is my email data secure?
Yes. We use bank-level encryption to protect your data. Your login details stay with your email provider - we never see your password.
Do you keep a copy of my emails?
No - we only extract relevant insurance information and securely store it in your Rehuman wallet. We do not store your full emails.
How does Rehuman know what to look for?
Our system uses smart filters and keywords to identify emails that contain insurance details - like policy numbers, insurer names, and coverage dates.
Why does Rehuman ask to scan my inbox?
